Nodal designs and delivers technical planning and general operations services for live entertainment and events. Working from the brief, we define the scope, responsibilities, resources, schedule and deliverables.
Every assignment is run under Nodal's operational responsibility. We organise the work, coordinate resources and oversee delivery through load-out and reporting. You work with one accountable project lead against a clearly agreed scope.

- Technical and logistics management: brief review, preparation, planning, coordination, live operations and follow-up on operational decisions.
- Site operations: managing access and deliveries, marking out work areas and setting up the site, installing barriers, overseeing and operating site machinery, such as boom lifts and forklifts, loading and unloading, setting out furniture and general handling tasks.
- Stage operations: setup, live operations and breakdown by our stage technicians.
- Planning and close-out: operational documents, schedules, instructions, resource tracking and a clear assignment report.
Our role
Nodal is accountable for how the agreed service is organised and delivered. We size the resources, source and manage teams on the ground, and keep the operation consistent from planning through delivery and close-out.
