- Production management: leading day-to-day operations, keeping track of commitments, making decisions and coordinating partners.
- Site and stage management: load-in, site logistics, build, live operations, breakdown and load-out.
- Teams and suppliers: working out who you need, bringing in the right people from our network, managing teams and keeping everyone informed.
- House regulations, safety and security: planning arrangements for venues open to the public (ERP under French regulations), coordinating everyone involved and liaising with the authorities and emergency services when needed.
